Most normal people would be surprised to learn that the Bishop of Durham was a corporation for instance. In English law the word "individual" is often used for a natural person. In this usage "persons" is the correct plural and "people" would be wrong. Corporations are person not people.

As an adjective, involved usually means complicated, so it's not really idiomatic to speak of involved people. There is no difference in meaning between the product advertised and the advertised product - it's just a stylistic choice. –
17 Νοε 2015 · As a singular pronoun, them can only refer to a person, e.g. "If someone asks you for help, give them a hand." versus "If you drop a ball, pick them up." Your answer explains the asker's example, but not the source of their confusion: that them can be singular or plural. – talrnu.
Which one is correct: "There is a few people" because of the A determiner which is singular, or "there are a few people" because of the noun PEOPLE which is plural? Thanks a lot.

Your Grace is for dukes and duchesses; Your Majesty is for the King and Queen; Your (Royal) Highness is for princes, princesses, their spouses, etc. But do they mean something different - well, to some extent they all just mean "hey you". –
