The Coos Bay Rail Line (reporting mark CBRL) is a 134-mile (216 km) railroad line from the Willamette Valley to the Port of Coos Bay on the Oregon Coast and Coquille, Oregon, in the United States. It is owned and operated by the Oregon International Port of Coos Bay.

The 134‐mile Coos Bay Rail Line has served for nearly 100 years as an essential link between southwest Oregon communities and the coastal shipping hub of Coos Bay.
