20 Μαΐ 2024 · Average precipitation is the long-term average in depth (over space and time) of annual precipitation in the country. Precipitation is defined as any kind of water that falls from clouds as a liquid or a solid.
These data include quality controlled daily, monthly, seasonal, and yearly measurements of temperature, precipitation, wind, and degree days as well as radar data and 30-year Climate Normals. Customers can also order most of these data as certified hard copies for legal use.

The maps show monthly values of precipitation and relative humidity from ERA-Interim and JRA-55, precipitation from GPCC and 0-7cm soil moisture from ERA-Interim. ERA-Interim, JRA-55 and GPCC are three datasets for which values for a particular month are available within a few days of the end of that month.
