Here are the steps I've taken: - Download and install RCPS3 - Install Firmware - Copy and paste files from my game's Bluray disc - Click on "Open" icon in RCPS3 and select the folder containing game's files.
Install FNC to RPCS3. 2. Launch first time and let it run until it does its first steps and takes you to the start menu. 3. Close out and install 1.02 update. 4. Re-Launch and start the game and then close at any point once the champion mode prison match starts. 5. Install the bare knuckles and fighters pkg files.

EDAT/SDAT decryption has been improved in the latest revisions. The most important changes are: - A new path is now used to load RAP files from (dev_hdd0 /home/00000001/exdata). This is the folder where RAP/RIF files are handled in a PS3, so place your RAP files there from now on. - File decryption is now automatic.

I fixed that by changing SPU Threads to 1. My audio is crackled, sounds like burnt speakers. I improved it by changing to OpenAL, uncheck Downmix to Stero (for my situation anyway), and check Convert to 16-bit. Although, audio is still crackled. You can still hear the regular audio with crackling overlapping it.
Obviously, you have to use DLCs made for the same version of the game that you have, which is BLUS31572. Paths for DLCs and Updates are entirely game dependent, but if you don't have them as packages then take note of the directory they were into before grabbing them off your PS3.
