24 Ιαν 2020 · To use your PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, or the PlayStation Network, you need a valid email account and a password. If you forget the password, though, it's almost a puzzle to figure out how to reset it.
1. Select (Sign In) under (Friends) in the home menu. 2. Select [Forgot your Password?] from the sign-in ID (email address) and password screen.
Follow the instructions on the password reset web page to verify your identity and enter the new password. If you want to migrate your PlayStation account to a different email address, you can do that as well.
