Got a call from “RBC” (number showed RBC on display) in the middle of a busy day about fraudulent activity in my account. Someone had tried to e-transfer $10000 to _____, and did I know this person/ was it me. I have had my CC compromised a couple of times, so I took it very seriously and stopped what I was doing.
21 Ιουν 2019 · I sent another query to RBC explaining this, plus my observation that the alert message function site navigation goes to an odd url ("exacttargetapps") which is unlike any other RBC url. Why Firefox does not work with this handoff is a mystery .. clutching at straws .. just very unhappy to use 2 different browsers every day to do online banking.
15 Απρ 2024 · RBC online banking Got a new phone back sometime in March and been using my old phone for the online banking app. Decided to get RBC online banking for the one I'm using and put my bank card number and password in and no luck with it.
7 Δεκ 2023 · Online banking So my online banking was suspended due to a cheque fraud back in 2019, if I call this week to get my access back. Will they refuse me or not, anything helps.
10 Ιουλ 2023 · BC Retail Banking Systems Just Suck Really Badly. I can't send a simple e-Transfer on my phone (with the app) or on my computer (RBC website), because it wants 2-factor authentication, but it won't send the notifications properly to allow that authentication to happen. Says "having technical difficulties" all the time. Just doesn't work.
The international transfer could not be done in the app but I used the app for the identity check when doing the transfer on the RBC online banking system. I used my passport and a selfie to authorise the transfer. This was done using the app. Once verified in the app I could complete the transfer on the online banking website.
20 Μαρ 2021 · When I signed on to my RBC account, the loan was there saying the balance remaining. I did not had to contact bank at all. Delear provided me with good 6-7 pages of documents showing all numbers from principal amount to interest and all. Try calling RBC through phone and may be a loan/credit specific agent might help you better.
For example, if I do an eTransfer, move money around accounts, or even push money to someone else's RBC account, each one of those transactions produce the vague transaction description "Cash Withdrawal - BR to BR". Just sent a large payment to the CRA, and the description is "Online Banking Payment".
5 Ιαν 2024 · Every time I've tried to log in to my account on the RBC website for the last 4 days it comes up with a screen that says 'Sorry we're having technical issues' after I put in my username and password. I can't find any information about the website being down though and 4 days seems like a long time.
9 Φεβ 2024 · I deposited a large cheque online (more than 10k) and after i did that my online account is locked and i cant enter. Is this normal procedure when they have the cheque on hold or do i have to go to the branch and ask in person if there is an issue?
