  1. You can see that 150ms is pretty much the top 1%. I don't think the "average gamers" reside in the top 1%. FWIW, auditory and visual reaction times are much different. Auditory reaction times tend to be significantly faster than visual ones. From most of my googling, average auditory reaction time tests are in the range of 150ms. Reply reply.

  2. Remember that mobile displays have much more input lag and are slower to press than mouse. 144hz is also advantage over 60hz. In formula 1 if you react to the lights in under 0.2 seconds you may be punished as it's considered humanly impossible to react quicker than that. You're reaction time is absolutely insane.

  3. 30 Νοε 2020 · That 95ms didn't even look like a lucky tap! He consistently wouldn't score that high tho. He has probably 140-150ms reaction time which is still insane. 2. Reply. aesthetically-. • 3 yr. ago. Actually surprised I have a faster reaction time than him holy shit. Doesnt matter anyways as he’s way better anywahs but damn.

  4. So, I found this basic reaction time test. You just click left mouse when the red circle turns green. You get 5 samples and it gives you an average. I'm 51 and I'm 188ms. Of course this is relevant to streetfighter since you have to react to wiffs and drive impact.

  5. 8 Φεβ 2020 · At 240 Hz, this is 4.167 ms per frame. Therefore, on paper, assuming all else is equal, going from 60 Hz to 165 Hz should result in roughly ~10 ms improvement. Meanwhile, going from 165 hz to 240 Hz should result in roughly ~2 ms improvement. To specifically answer your question about 60 Hz, I did two more sets.

  6. 14 Νοε 2020 · They aren’t correlated. This has been discussed a million times. The average reaction time is 215ms (mine is 160) so you are above average. But reaction time doesn't matter too much in this game. If you are in the 250 and less range there isn't much of a problem. Hope this helped :)

  7. 29 Ιαν 2022 · Asked for average reaction time on good and this popped up. "Average humans can generally achieve an average reaction time of 210ms. Elite athletes can manage 200ms, possibly because they're less likely to be distracted. Nobody consistently has a reaction time of 170ms." 11.

  8. 14 Ιουλ 2021 · Basically, you can improve your "reaction time" in clicking games but your base, instinctive reaction time will never change. The best way to be as close to your peak reaction time over the course of most sessions of gaming is to simply be hydrated, well rested, and be active and healthy in your physical life. 1. Reply.

  9. 11 Ιουλ 2022 · About 170 when I'm actively stressing my reactions. If I'm lazing about not doing anything reaction heavy for a couple of weeks, my reactions go up to around 190. 170 is very good btw, the national recorded average is 200, and 170 is good enough to react to bash as well as a few other things. 320 ms but still gm 😎.

  10. 1 Σεπ 2016 · When I take the test on my Dell monitor, my reaction time is consistently around 240ms. When I simply move the browser window to the Planar and retake the test, it drops to about 190ms. There's a little variation test-to-test, obviously, but not 50ms difference worth.
