29 Ιουλ 2021 · just saw this movie earlier, and it was absolutely fun! i loved the humor and the thrill specifically, it pulls you in every scene and it never has one boring moment imo. with this said, do you have any recos on movies with themes like the ones in “Ready or Not”? twisted families and edge-of-your-seat suspense are kinda my thing i need my adrenaline boost
16 Σεπ 2023 · 3. Another reason that i don't find the ending to be interesting is that i thought the ending somehow contradicts the main idea of the movie. A big part of the movie is about opposing the demonic belief, the curse, the satanic superstitious, the out of date traditions.
29 Αυγ 2019 · This movie was likely supposed to be your standard horror thriller when it was first written, then either the producers of the director realized how absolutely ridiculous the concept is. Mind you, this movie could be done seriously, as in, not a dark comedy, but I really think adding the extra layer of dark comedy was positive.
4 Οκτ 2020 · I disagree that Ready or not is not a rewatch material. It’s a fun horror flick with a big touch of violence. Samara has a scream queen potential. I loved the whole cast, but Samara carries the movie, it all depends on her. It’s also a good movie to watch without knowing anything about. No trailer, no description.

Three billboards outside of Ebbing Missouri, The Babysitter, Ready or not and Guns Akimbo were 4 great movies back to back. Out of all of those I think only 3 billboards got a wide theatrical release. EDIT: ready or not was wide release as well.
