4 Ιουλ 2009 · I noticed today that Reed Cams' website is gone. I called their 800 number and their tech line. The recording says the number is disconnected, and no further info is available.
30 Αυγ 2011 · Does anyone know what happened to Reed cams, gone out of business or what? Can't find anything on the net about them. Reason I ask is I purchased one from a member awhile back and have lost the information in the cam, and was looking for somewhere to get the specs, lift, duration, valve lash etc.
27 Φεβ 2011 · I recently picked up some 781 bbc heads and they came with a Reed solid lifter cam. Reed cams is no longer in business and I can't find any info on this cam. Looks to be 300/308 advertised duration on a 108 lobe center. I'd really like to know the duration at .050". Anybody have an old Reed catalog?
13 Αυγ 2010 · As of August, 2009, Reed Cams appears to no longer be in business. Calls to their phone number (770/474-6664) indicate that the number has been disconnected, and www.reedcams.com is no longer recognized as an operating internet address.
19 Νοε 2009 · I've heard that some guy has bought up the company but I don't know who it is or if they plan to reopen again as Reed Cams. I've been getting my "Reed Cams" stuff through Steve Demos of Demos Cams http://www.demoscams.com/ .
