Roadster is a type of driving competition for horses and ponies where the horse and exhibitor appear in equipment similar to that used in harness racing. It is derived from the historical use of certain horses hitched to light carts that traveled quickly from one place to another, often racing on ordinary dirt roads, hence the name.
Roadster is a 8 year old horse that was born in 2016 and raced from 2018 to 2022. He was sired by Quality Road out of the Silver Ghost mare Ghost Dancing. He was trained by Michael Stidham and raced for , and was bred in Kentucky, United States by Stone Farm.

Famous for its fast trot and ability to go long distances, it was the forerunner of the harness horses you see on the racetrack today. Shown at a jog trot, Road Gait and then at speed, the horses are either hitched to a two-wheeled cart (bike) or a four-wheeled wagon, or shown under saddle.
