This is a smaller but very interesting Organic winery known for its reds. The founder (Robert Sinskey) is a famous ophthalmologist from Santa Monica, CA. After 20 years, Robert Sinskey’s philosophy is that “Wine is not an athletic event” holds true to this day.

The new Wilding Farm is our back-to-the-future experiment that will utilize the old school methods of diversified, organic, biodynamic and regenerative farming techniques while embracing bleeding edge technology that will help us reduce our footprint while improving the soil and natural habitat.
Most of Robert Sinskey's wines are made from Carneros-grown fruit – primarily Pinot Noir as well as Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Muscat, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris and Zinfandel. The winery, however, is based in Stags Leap District.
RSV is a second generation, family-owned and operated vineyard and winery. Every vine for every wine was planted by RSV and every vineyard is certified* organic. One could say that RSV is beyond organic.
