I tried waiting a week, switched browsers, redeemed on a different device, but none of those work. Can someone tell me what's going on? I contacted microsoft support and said to send a screenshot, and I did. Can someone help me?

Always include PC Specifications with the problem. Additionally, ensure all the latest quality updates have been installed.

Yeah its a common issue, Tell him to contact support, they will ask for some information like the giftcard code, country and user, Then they will give ur friend those robux.

29 Δεκ 2021 · When you redeem a card it doesn't give you Robux, it will give the amount of money that was on the card. If you got a 20 dollar gift card, you'll want to select the "20" dollar option and click on the "redeem Roblox gift card".
21 Νοε 2022 · Unfortunately, you can only redeem a Roblox gift card once. But you can redeem as many Roblox Gift Cards to your account as you want. I redeemed one and the 1500 points were immediately deducted from my account, but I still have no idea where I would find the roblox code? It hasn't been sent to my email (after 6+ hrs), I don't see a code anywhere on my microsoft or xbox accounts. Any ideas?
