The Rollin 20s Crips (RTC) also known as the Rollin 20s, are the second largest African-American criminal street gang located on the East Side of Long Beach, California. Their neighborhood is primarily South of 21st Street, East of Long Beach Blvd and West of Orange Ave.
Founded in Los Angeles, California, in 1969, mainly by Raymond Washington and Stanley Williams, the Crips began as an alliance between two autonomous gangs, and developed into a loosely connected network of individual "sets", often engaged in open warfare with one another. This meeting was successful, and as of June 2024, there has not been a homicide caused by warring between the sets since then.
The Rollin' 20s Crips is a set of the Crips gang in Long Beach, California. The gang, which sported Pittsburgh Steelers and New Orleans Saints jerseys, was rivals with the anti-Black and anti-Cambodian Varrio Longo Gang, and its ranks included rappers Snoop Dogg, Daz Dillinger, and Nate Dogg.
