Make sure the provided Ethernet cable is connected securely (the tab should click in) to your Google Nest Wifi router or primary Google Wifi point's WAN port . The other end should be connected securely to your modem. Make sure your modem and Wifi router and point(s) are powered on and that all cables are secure.
Before you set up your first Google Wifi point, referred to as "primary Wifi point" or "Wifi router," make sure your modem works and is connected to the internet. Download the Google Home app for Android or iOS. If this is your first time using the Google Home app , set up a home. Choose a location for your primary Wifi point.
