8 Οκτ 2024 · The Traditional Bachelor of Science in Nursing (TBSN) program is designed for students seeking their first bachelor’s degree and do not already have a license as a vocational or registered nurse (sometimes referred to as a “pre-licensure” program).
Nursing Programs Program & Pathway Offerings. Traditional BSN: A full-time 4-year program which leads to a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. Upon program completion, students are eligible to sit for the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX).

At California State University San Marcos (CSUSM), the School of Nursing, established in 2006, provides a hands-on approach to nursing education within the College of Education, Health, and Human Services.
CSU San Marcos has one of the largest nursing programs in the Cal State system, and there’s a reason for that. Their most recent class of 155 had a 96.13% first-time NCLEX pass rate, and that’s actually a little worse than previous years.
