Sara Lance, also known by her alter-ego White Canary, is a fictional character in The CW's Arrowverse franchise, first introduced in the 2012 pilot episode of the television series Arrow, and later starring in Legends of Tomorrow.
The character Sara Lance, also known as the Canary and subsequently the White Canary, returns to the Arrow series in its third season. Her comeback is marked by the second episode of this season, named 'Sara', where she is on a mission for the League of Assassins in Starling City.

After she was resurrected by her sister in the Lazarus Pit, she was recruited by Rip Hunter to join the Legends as the White Canary. Sara Lance was created by Andrew Kreisberg and Marc Guggenheim, first appearing in the Arrow episode, Pilot (2012).
17 Μαΐ 2021 · Sara Lance has continued to evolve dramatically in the Arrowverse. She died and then was resurrected, later becoming a major member of the Legends Of Tomorrow. In the course of doing so, she became the White Canary.
