5 Μαΐ 2016 · When I try to add a payee from my bank, there is nothing like Scotia mortgage is found. There is an option in the Scotia online account "Mortgage payment change" but in small print it says "This transaction cannot be reversed using Scotia Online." LOL! Just as someone mentioned above it's not easy to back out of the regular payment change.

30 Δεκ 2023 · Had my mortgage with Scotia and acct with them over 10 years ago.. terrible support all around. System was old, customer service in branch was ususlly awful. I don't think this is one of the top 3 or 5 financial institutions I want to do business with my money or give them a 2nd chance for 550 when td has a better new accts promo, etc.
13 Φεβ 2014 · I don't have any accounts at Scotiabank but did do this type of thing with TD Canada Trust ages ago... I think at the time, they were known as Toronto Dominion Bank (or TD Bank) as they didn't purchase Canada Trust yet and I was forced to use it on an RRSP within TD or one of their "family" (TD Waterhouse, TD Direct Investing, etc.).

16 Σεπ 2021 · The Scotia employee handling the issue had to call a Scotia call centre that processes internal requests from bank employees - this call centre is based out of Colombia, and the local branch employee apologized because it took 30 minutes and (according to the branch employee) this call centre often messes things up.
