Each module includes instructional text and videos, self-directed learning activities, and examples of teaching strategies contributed by instructors from across the university system. Because the instructional materials are flexible and self-paced, they are referred to here as a “series of modules” rather than a “course.”
Among all the activities the Language Centre deals with, we include self-access learning, through the establishment of proper laboratories, and traditional-teaching support measures, through the use of Moodle, as means to reach out to several non-attending students with supplementary materials.

Members of the Association have provided a stimulating environment by talking about self-access and listening to us talking about it. Felicity O'Dell is already mentioned above for her kindness in showing us around the Eurocentres SAC but she has done much more.
