9 Μαρ 2010 · I get 39Mbps on the two XP systems but the Vista I get 17-20Mbps. I scanned for viruses and the computer is clean, I updated the ethernet drivers, router firmware and changed patch cables. Nothing has helped increase the speed or performance.
