Hi I have the same problem, I lost everything when I update to windows 10. My laptop Sony Vaio model svs15116ggb. How can I instal this Vaio Control Center, it always says "No software version applicable to this update is installed. The update will be cancelled."

After new reinstall of Windows 10 home 64-bit (previous system had been upgrade from 8.1) I cannot find a Vaio Control Center download, to enable turning keyboard backlight on permanently.

VAIO Control Center and VAIO Care. I have a model SVS1512DCXB Sony Vaio. I need to reinstall all of the SONY Vaio software, inclusive of VAIO Control Center and VAIO Care. There does not appear to be any full installation package on the Windows 10-64 bit page. All I see are updates and they do not install the full suite.
Vaio Duo 13 and Vaio Control Center. I received my new custom Vaio Duo 13 (i7-4650u, 8GB, 256GB SSD, Win 8 Pro) and proceeded to do all Windows 8 updates and Vaio updates. After all the updates, Vaio Control Center now takes 90 seconds to launch. Clicking on the tile takes me to desktop, then 90 seconds later, the Control Center appears.
os: Windows 8. I cannot reinstall VAIO Control Center. Sometime last year, I decided to uninstall it from my computer, because it showed too many random pop-ups for updates and led too frequent undesirable restarts. But I noticed that the laptop became too hot easily. This is a big problem in the summer !!!

My boss owns a Sony VAIO VPC-Z11LHX. It is running Windows 7 Pro. He told me that he used to be able to change the settings for the backlight on the keyboard but had forgotten how to. So I read in the user guide that you have to do this in the VAIO Control Center. When I look for that on his computer it is not there.
