I won't call ships features. All gameplay are already known. To name a few: mining, transport, salvage, data runner, repair, interdiction. Related gameplay are linked to server meshing implementation, physical grid. Both are coming by Q2 next year. Also some of those ships won't be released before SQ42, like the Idris.
Nice to haves: A two-person PvP ship: Hurricane/Scorp. A Group-ERT farming ship: Eclipse. A PvP bounty hunting ship: Mantis or Cutlass Blue (it's VERY satisfying to take a player bounty with the Mantis) I'll usually fly escort when with a group, so others would be flying something cargo or industry oriented.

MISC Odyssey: Carrack Competitor. MISC Endeavor: Can be configured as a floating hospital. 600i after rework: getting some form of medical bed.
I made an almost complete 3D model FBX library of the current SC ships available in the Holoviewer. Good for Printing and making 3D renders. Will update with references and ships as they become available.
11 Αυγ 2022 · Gotta disagree on it being sluggish. Its one of the best ships in atmo and when boosting is one of the most maneuverable ships in the game. It’s feasible to go against a Gladius in the defender. As long as you have boost you can keep up with it. It’s also got a lot of PVE utility.
If so, these are the ships that should be available. All ships/vehicles announced or released in 2023: - A1 and C1 Spirit. - Arrastra. - Cutter Scout and Rambler. - Fury, Fury LX, and Fury MX. - Hull C. - Lynx. - San'tok.yai.
22 Απρ 2022 · The best starter all-round ship is the Avenger Titan. You can use it to get to stepping stone ships like a Cutlass or Nomad, earn a fighter, or up to a Constellation (I used by Titan to earn a Phoenix). Upgrading my starter ship to the Titan was probably the best decision I’ve made when I was starting out.
26 Δεκ 2022 · Spending new money is best spent on WB CCUs. That way you get the ships significantly cheaper than the regular or standalone WB price. As for pros and cons WB CCUs save a lot more money but require “chaining” to apply/plan. There are a few videos on YT about it think the one from inforunners on Invictus was a good one the show how to chain ...

Aegis has been thrown about as well due to Eclipse style folding edge wings. This is a potential new advanced starter with RSI being the most likely as they are the focus for the next 12-18 months. New ship, does look like a Mirai Fury but scaled up. Around the 25-30m range based on scaling showed with the Anvil Legionnaire.
