16 Ιουλ 2017 · When I try to start a new game, an error message appears and tells me that there is no game CD in drive. I have NO CD in my drive. Either you need to recheck your drive for a CD, or you're running the 1.02 version, which is not a Steam version.
27 Ιουν 2013 · I have the Steam version of Jedi Outcast and have downgraded the game from 1.04 to 1.02. The multiplayer portion runs flawlessly, but the singleplayer portion always says [Error: Game CD Not in Drive] whenever I begin a new game.
31 Δεκ 2020 · I saw some suggestions to make sure there is no disc in the CD/DVD drive, so I did that. I also tried disabling the CD/DVD drive entirely in device manager. Still getting this error message.
Game CD not in drive game open up, i try to create a game, it loads a bit and then puts me back in the menu saying CD not in drive. any idea how to fix ? I had a copy of the 2002 CD but it was damaged and wouldn't let me play the full campain so i bought the steam version.
You need the executable from the Jedi Academy or Jedi Outcast™ CD and not the bootlegged one. Uninstall and then reinstall the game from the original CD, and do not install any no-cd cracks to allow you to run the game without the CD.
The installer will automatically search for the folder where you originally installed Jedi Outcast and install all of the updates. If the update does not locate Jedi Outcast on your system, you may need to reinstall the game from the original CD and then run JKIIUp104.exe
