  1. To apply for a Student’s Pass, you must be accepted into an approved full-time course in Singapore. Part-time courses and courses conducted in the evening or on weekends are not eligible.

  6. Application of Student’s Pass. You must submit an application at least 2 months but not more than 3 months before the commencement of the course, through ICA Student’s Pass Online Application and Registration (SOLAR) System.
