Sweetwater High School (commonly referred to as SUHi and SUH within the district) is a secondary school in National City, California, United States. Established in 1920, it is one of the oldest high schools in San Diego County.
Sweetwater Union High School District (SUHSD) is a school district headquartered in Chula Vista, California. [4] The union high school district serves over 42,000 high school-aged students and over 32,000 adult learners.

All Sweetwater students are entitled to a district-supplied laptop in an effort to provide equity of access to technology for academic purposes. To check out a laptop, students and their parent(s), guardian(s) must read and sign the Responsibility and Usage Agreement (English/Spanish).
Founded in 1920, the Sweetwater District has grown to more than 36,000 students in grades 7 through 12 and more than 10,000 adult learners. The district’s 32 campuses are located in the cities of Chula Vista, Imperial Beach, National City and San Diego, including the communities of Bonita, Eastlake, Otay Mesa, San Ysidro and South San Diego.
