The Holy Family (German: Die heilige Familie) is a book written by Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels in November 1844. The book is a critique of the Young Hegelians and their trend of thought, which was very popular in academic circles at the time.
A 1845 book by Marx and Engels that attacks the philosophical views of the Young Hegelians, such as Bruno Bauer and Feuerbach. It also develops the concepts of materialism, dialectics, and communism, and responds to their critics.
