The Town of New Hartford has conducted and implemented the State mandated, town wide revaluation for the October 1, 2023 Grand List. Per Connecticut General Statutes, "revaluation" or "revalue" means to establish the present true and actual value of all real property in a town as of a specific assessment date.
You may obtain an application at the Town of New Hartford Assessor’s Office or applications can be found online. The mill rate for the 2020 Grand List was 30.93 and the 2021 Grand List was 30.61. The mill rate has not been set for the 2022 Grand List.
