If your device has a microphone, you can translate spoken words and phrases. In some languages, you can hear the translation spoken aloud.
In your browser, go to Google Translate. At the top, click Documents. Choose the languages to translate to and from. To automatically set the original language of a document, click Detect language. Click Browse your computer. Select the file you want to translate. Click Translate and wait for the document to finish translating.

Tap the translate chip. In the Drop-down , update the translation languages. To translate a single message: Open a text message that’s in another language. Touch and hold to select text. Tap Copy . Tap Translate copied text. Tip: To translate the full page, tap the Drop-down menu Translate full page.

If I remember correctly, I think RPG Maker XP, VX, and VX Ace are automatically generating an exe file for your game project even without deploying the project. So, it is possible to create a translation project without deploying the game first.
