27 Ιουν 2024 · Dialled in. Options. on 27-06-2024 18:21. I received an email from VM today suggesting I should upgrade my V6 box to the 360 software to access additional functionality. I followed the instructions to order the upgrade - the ordering failed with the message TM3/15/10-0-100155 & presented a web address to access for help.
2 Σεπ 2024 · The new 360 upgrade is incredible!! If you see an option to get a new remote to upgrade definitely do it! Can't believe they didn't need to replace the box, it was performing sluggish before but now with a much improved interface it seems a lot faster as well. Seems like there are more options to watch shows either from live or the start too.

You wouldn't normally need to to do this as your 360 remote should automatically pair up but in case that doesn't happen this video will walk you through the steps.
10 Ιουλ 2024 · Turn off the 360 at the switch; then on the box hold down both the power button and the + button at the same time. Whilst keeping hold of those buttons for a further 30 seconds turn on the 360 again. Hopefully then the box should reboot, the power button will turn blue, and it should reset and boot up normally. To make the programme tiles more visible, these will now show in landscape across the majority of screens including Boxsets & Movies, Recommendations and Watchlists.
29 Αυγ 2024 · After the factory reset, try pressing TV and 0 button for 10 seconds and it should now force pairing. You could also try putting the box into 'Pairing Mode' by pressing the Standby/On button on the front of the box for 10 seconds. Then using the 360 remote control, press and hold the 'TV' button and the '0' button together for 10 seconds.
