27 Δεκ 2008 · The federal-state extended benefit program provides up to 20 weeks of extended benefits when the unemployment rate in a state exceeds thresholds specified in federal and state law. Up to 13 weeks of extended benefits become available in Minnesota under the following conditions:
Be unemployed, or working substantially reduced hours, through no fault of your own. If you are unemployed for any reason other than lack of work, Minnesota law requires that a process be followed to determine whether you are eligible for benefits.
