How to inflate a balloon with baking soda and vinegar. Use a funnel and a spoon to get 1 Tablespoon of baking soda into the balloon. Fill a plastic bottle about 1/4 full of vinegar (Add food coloring if you want). Connect the balloon to the top of the plastic bottle, while being careful not to let the baking soda out of the balloon yet.
