The Western Electric Type 91E is a Class A, single-ended (SE), integrated amplifier for high-fidelity audio reproduction. The 91E was made for the Western Electric 300B to provide end users the highest possible performance and quality.

22 Μαρ 2023 · The 91E is a modern development of the 91A, a single-ended triode (SET) design launched in 1936 that was originally used in cinemas. It also incorporates two 300B audio valves, a device launched in 1938 to amplify telephone signals and which resumed production in 2020.
25 Αυγ 2022 · I shall focus solely on the 2021 production Western Electric 300Bs and their behavior and quality — comparing them a bit to older “Western Electric originals” and to some third-party 300B clones. With that said, my review shall begin with my journey into the 300B and single-ended triode (SET) amplification world.
