Sympy Gamma is an open-source interface for Sympy that resembles Wolfram Alpha. Unlike Wolfram Alpha, it is not yet able to parse natural-language commands, but I am planning to implement this feature using the Nearley parser generator.

Wolfram|Alpha includes a large fraction of the systematic knowledge in MathWorld, adapted into fully computable form. Wolfram|Alpha gives sidebar links to MathWorld when appropriate.
21 Ιουλ 2015 · The reason I want to find a Wolfram Alpha open source alternative is because I am interested in using a Wolfram Alpha-like system for one of my projects. Edit: I have found a program that is a demo for a Python module known as quepy. The program can take in natural language and search DBpedia.org or Freebase (two common knowledgebases) for results.
