While this won't help with the BTMail app it will hopefully allow you to log onto your email account and will rule out or in any problem with the email account. 0 Ratings. Reply.

Put the name you want people to see when they get mail from you in the Name field. Enter your username in the Address field.

If you are only using webmail, which is when you sign into your email account on a web browser, you do not need to make any changes to your email account when it is moved from BTYahoo to BTMail. It should happen without any intervention from you. I posted a link called BTMail in my first post.
