3 Φεβ 2016 · To create a shortcut for Yahoo mail, I suggest you to follow the steps below: Right click on empty space of the desktop and hover the mouse pointer over at New from the context menu. Select Shortcut and type https://mail.yahoo.com web address in the address bar. Click on Next and Finish. Check if the shortcut icon is created on the desktop.

Today I deleted the account, and re-added it as a IMAP account rather than the pre-set Yahoo option. I also used aYahoo Mail generated 'one off' password instead of my actual Yahoo password. 9 Απρ 2024 · That was on the old Outlook app. Second of all, I already have my Yahoo email added to the New Outlook and have it synced to New Outlook. Third of all, I am having no success in finding the IMAP settings by following your instructions especially since . I do not have that "File" option. I have tried numerous times to fix the Yahoo app.
27 Ιουλ 2023 · Mail App does not sync with my Yahoo email when it is not opening, I don't have the emails received in the box while it is closed. For example, if I open the Mail App at 5pm today, the emails received before 5pm are not shown in the inbox. It would only sync after 5pm.

29 Ιουν 2022 · Try open Microsoft Store and check for update and update all applications there. To configure it have a look at Set up email in the Mail app (microsoft.com). Yes, I can log in on the website with no problem. In this case follow steps I shared earlier like updating app and Windows. Try setup it again.

According to Yahoo, users can access Yahoo emails from a web browser. Feel free to get in touch again if you have any additional questions.
Independent Advisor. Replied on July 12, 2018. Report abuse. Depends on the browser. So for example Chrome go to your Yahoo mail. Then click the More Tools - Create shortcut. This will put it on your desktop then you can drag it to your taskbar. And then if delete from desktop that extra shortcut if you dont' want it.
