10 Ιουν 2002 · I installed a Yakima Space Cadet on my 2001 MDX. My factory racks are spaced 32" from the mid point of the front cross bar to the rear. The predrilled holes in the Space Cadet do not accomodate this distance. I drilled one hole on each side at the rear, displacing the attachment point 2" forward.
12 Ιουλ 2006 · Just completed a 2300 mile trip in mountains with a Yakima Rack and Space Cadet 15S cargo box and the Element handled it well, The Yakima was easy on and off, in fact took it off when we got there, rather than hauling the empty cargo box around all week. I think I would look for the best combination that meets you needs an dbest pricing.
