A Basic, Yet Refined Interior. The Boss 429’s interior was rather basic in comparison to that of the Shelby series Mustangs during the latter half of their run. The 429 featured Ford’s standard Interior Decor Group, which included high-back bucket seats and deluxe seat belts.

23 Σεπ 2018 · In ’69, the Boss 429 was available in the following colors only: Wimbledon White, Raven Black, Royal Maroon, Candyapple Red and Black Jade, which is actually dark green. There was one interior choice: black “Comfortweave” knitted vinyl on high-back bucket seats.
Boss 429s used Mustang's plushest interior decor and an 8000-rpm tach. They were refreshingly clean outside, with simple decals, hood scoop, front spoiler, and Magnum 500 wheels. Air conditioning and automatic transmission were forbidden.
