Most useful app I use with ios 9.3.5. Puffin Browser - awesomely fast than expected. I was able to watch a movie at 123moviefree.sc and it was as if the ads do not work with this version of iPad or browser. I also use most of the time to play something I repeatedly watch on Youtube.
10 Αυγ 2020 · Hi. I have an iPad 3rd generation and iOS version is 9.3.6. I cannot install any of widely used applications which I need for my work and daily use. App Store tells that those apps are not compatible with my iPad. What can I do to installed them?
1 Σεπ 2022 · If you have an older iPhone or iPad that can't run iOS 17 — or even iOS 10 for that matter — you're still able to download and use compatible versions of apps.

The best option is to use Apple iCloud on your computer and the iPad and iBooks as the reader app on the iPad. All still supported.
