I want to use the freecam to take screenshots of a plot I have. From what I know, you need to be in a neighborhood, but i'm not sure if you HAVE to be the owner in order to use it. I've joined a couple of neighborhoods to try and test it but I just can't get it going.

How to Go Faster or Slower in Free Camera Mode. You can control the speed of free camera mode using the up and down arrow keys. Pressing the up arrow key will speed up the camera, while pressing the down arrow key will slow it down. This allows you to get better control over the videos you record, or get better positioning when taking screenshots.
