For ear infections, put 2 - 3 drops of Canesten Solution in the ear two or three times daily. The treatment should be continued for at least two weeks after the disappearance of all signs of infection, to prevent re-infection.
Canesten Solution should be used to treat all fungal skin infections due to dermatophytes, yeasts, moulds and other fungi. It is particularly suitable for use on hairy skin and in fungal infections of the outer ear (otitis externa) and middle ear (otomycoses).
Spread clotrimazole solution thinly and evenly on the affected areas. A few drops of clotrimazole solution should be enough to cover an area the size of a hand. If it's your ear that's infected, put 2 to 3 drops of clotrimazole solution into your ear.
