The alchemy tab is separated into three sections: Recipes, Summons, and Quests. Performing alchemy can also unlock Achievements. Recipes allows you to create soldiers, equipment, magic, and Generals. Summons allows you to summon Monsters. Quests allows you to unlock new quest areas. Class Powers allows you to unlock more powerful class abilities
Alchemy Recipes. The Recipes tab under the Alchemy section of your Keep allows you to create a hodgepodge of things. Here you can create Equipment, Magic, Soldiers, and Generals.
Each set is self-contained with regards to the monsters that ingredients drop from, and includes recipes for any items that must be owned for the alchemy. Only the last item of each group is considered Legendary Equipment , on which Legendary Chaos Gems can be forged.
Here you will find the various recipes, current and retired, that have been available in Castle Age. Alchemy items can be combined to summon monsters, unlock quests, or to create generals or items not available through other ways.

Krakenhide Armor can be obtained via Alchemy. Mystical Scroll of Atlantis and Elder Scroll of Atlantis can be obtained from the Atlantis II's Underwater quest. Must be at least level 100 to perform alchemy. Helm of the Deep is also a Divine Item.
