I bought a brand new Clayton home in 2021. I was excited about getting out of apartment living and having a new home with brand new everything. I felt I had a good salesman to work with.

I’ve heard a wide variety of reviews of working with Clayton. Does anyone have any advice on if it’s worth it. We found a model we loved but we’re unsure if we’ll end up regretting it.
Clayton Homes are energy efficient and they have some really nice floor plans. I would consider them average to slightly above average with prices to match. Champion Homes are extremely nice, extremely expensive.
