Some PC’s may have issues with USB drivers. We recommend to try and uninstall all old drivers if possible. The tool USBDeview makes this process easier. Download the tool here: https://www.nirsoft.net/utils/usbdeview.zip. Open USBdeview.exe as admin. Select all devices with Vendor ID 1395.
The driver is available for download on the E-PoS Printer Driver website and supports multiple operating systems such as Windows, MacOS, and Linux. Once installed, the E-PoS Printer Driver allows users to easily configure print settings such as paper size, orientation, and quality.
Once plugged into the Till, the Epos Now POS80Gx Printer will need to be added to the Windows Operating System via Devices and Printers. To add the printer to Windows, follow the steps in the next section.
If you have "EPOS Studio" installed and want to open a project or connect to an "EPOS", "EPOS P", or "MCD", it might happen that these product lines are not available by the selection or cannot be accessed. Solution: The "EPOS Studio Setup" just installs the required software features, settings, and manuals for the most up-to-date product lines.
