You can use your Return Tickets to return items purchased from the Fortnite Item Shop. Using one will remove the purchased items you select and return the V-Bucks to you. Not sure how to use your Return Tickets? Follow the instructions below to refund an eligible item: Open Fortnite.
If the game is eligible for a self-service refund, please click the “Refund” button to start the refund process. In-game purchases in Fortnite, Fall Guys, and Rocket League are powered by the Epic Games Store, so this policy also applies to purchases made in those games on PC.
If you are a Fortnite gamer in the U.S. who was charged for unwanted purchases, apply for a refund online at www.fortniterefund.com/file-a-claim. The deadline has been extended to February 29, 2024. You must be at least 18 to complete a claim form.
