8 Σεπ 2024 · GameStop Pro® Membership Auto-renew Program. Pro Members may opt to participate in the auto-renew program, which allows the Member to automatically renew their Pro Membership each year using payment information GameStop has on file (“Auto-renew Program”).
A Pro Member may cancel their Membership and receive a full refund within two (2) days of purchase of the Membership if the Member has not used any of the Pro benefits, including earning points or discounts, subject to certain conditions.
You can opt-in to auto-renewal either online or through the store. Auto-Renewal will automatically renew your membership every year and charge your credit card on file.
How to refund GameStop Pro membership? You opted to have your membership automatically renew and you have now paid to renew Pro for another year. The annual renewal fee is $25 plus any applicable taxes. You can request a refund within 45 days of Auto-Renewing by calling GameStop Customer Service at 1-800-883-8895 or by email at [email protected].
To process your return, we will require an in-store receipt or GameStop.com order number. We will refund the purchase price and applicable taxes to the original form of payment or if preferred an exchange can be processed within policy. Details: Product must be unopened to be eligible for a refund.
