To get started, head to your Amazon orders page on the web or in the Amazon app. Find the order you wish to return.
How Refunds Are Issued. Most refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds for items shipped by Amazon are processed within 14 days. Refunds appear in your bank account or credit card statement within seven business days after processing.
Tracking your refund. You can check the status of your refund in Your Orders under the order summary. If your refund doesn't appear in your account, and the processing time for your payment method has passed, contact us. Instant refunds. Sometimes you'll be offered an instant refund option.
