24 Φεβ 2018 · My printer all of a sudden won't copy. It prints fine. I researched online and tried everything that I could find, but haven't been able to fix it. I tried both the partial and semi- resets from the support menu, as well the restore defaults from the setting menu. Nothing as fixed it.
28 Ιουλ 2018 · Product: Officejet Pro 8620. Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit) After copying 2 of 5 2sided-to-2sided pages from the feeder, the printer started making some unusual noises and would not eject the next page. Finally, page 3 was ejected with nothing on the obverse side.

If the Scanner light moves, then perform a Printer Reset. (1) Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
