23 Φεβ 2017 · Sorry I forgot to mention I am in explorer. Again I have highlighted the files I want to merge in one file using Microsoft print to PDF and using the right click the pop up menu shows different option including "print". I then click on the print option and it goes straight to the printer printing all the highlighted files one at the time.

In this Forum, we are Microsoft consumers just like yourself. While Word has a built-in mail merge feature that can use data from an Excel spreadsheet to generate form letters or labels, there is no built-in feature in Excel or Adobe Acrobat for merging data from an Excel spreadsheet into a PDF form.
1 Ιουν 2021 · As the title says, I want to merge several PDF files into one using the Print to PDF feature. I have used Adobe Acrobat Reader as the default program. The Print option in Explorer doesn't merge the files, it merely prints them to PDF separately.
You will need to open each pdf file in Word and the use Copy and Paste to paste all of them into the one document. 6 Μαΐ 2013 · The built-in Microsoft Print to PDF application can combine multiple pictures into one multipage PDF file: Select the pictures in File Explorer, Right-click any of them, Select Print from the context menu. Select 'Microsoft Print to PDF' from the printer dropdown. Select the desired options.
