Concealed Pistol License (CPL) applications are available from the Oakland County Clerk's Office. You must apply in person in the county that you reside in. Renewal applications may also be completed online through the Michigan State Police (MSP).
Welcome to the Concealed Pistol License Online Renewal System! Michigan CPL holders can renew their concealed pistol license online, in person, or by mail. To renew by mail, please submit a completed CPL application, along with a check or money order payable to the Michigan State Police, to the MSP CPL Unit, P.O. Box 30634, Lansing, Michigan 48909.
