9 Αυγ 2023 · I have a window 11 and the Calendar app recently asked me to try the new Outlook app. I clicked on it and now I can't go back to the old build-in Mail & Calendar apps. I've heard that there's supposed to be a toggle that I could switch on and off, but I couldn't find it anywhere.
It is not pre-installed on my machine. When I search calendar in the Start Menu, the only result is Outlook. I don't want to use Outlook because I don't want to download emails to my desktop. I only want to use the desktop calendar app. I searched the Windows Store and the Calendar app does not show up (only Mail and Calendar). See below ...
