I've heard rumblings about being able to bypass region lock through pressing STOP, then TOP MENU twice on the remote. Was wondering about the validity of these statements. I'm currently in the UK right now (region B) with a region A player, and want to capitalize on blu ray deals I've encountered.
20 Ιαν 2010 · It's the easiest thing to use, just point it at the player, press the button, wait for the light on the remote to go out, turn off and unplug the player, wait 10 seconds, start it up and you've got a blu-ray player that plays all regions.
19 Φεβ 2022 · Turn your Panasonic Blu-ray or DVD player into a region free device. Power on the player with no disk in. Point the remote control at the player. Press the remote buttons one at a time in order: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 0. The player will reset itself. Your Blu-ray/DVD will now be region free.
